Lest We Forget

Following our Service of Remembrance on Sunday, today at 11.00am we remember all those who have lost their lives in war and in peacekeeping roles. We remember those they left behind. And we remember too those who have returned with physical, often life-changing injuries and mental scars. We pray for all of you.

We pray too for countries facing the atrocities of war today. For those using diplomacy to engage in peace talks. For those unseen, working to protect our shores.

Join us for a Remembrance Sunday Service

12 November 2023

10.30 am

East Craigs Church Centre

On this Sunday in November, we come together to remember the ultimate sacrifice of those who have gone before us, those who have served to protect our freedom and way of life and those who today, continue to do so.

Service of Remembrance

A Service of Remembrance gives us all the opportunity to remember all the men and women who have served and sacrificed from across Britain and the Commonwealth, in all theatres of war and conflict. And all who continue to suffer as a result of physical injury and mental trauma.

This year’s service takes place on Sunday 13 November at East Craigs, in a service which will also be a service of Communion
